Word of Encouragement was founded in 2006 by Rev. Damali Najuma Smith-Pollard. Our mission is to encourage individuals to know God better, grow in spiritual maturity, serve in kingdom building and pursue their God ordained purpose & passion. Our vision is to build-up the Individual, to build-up the family, in order to build-up the community. Our focus is to share a word of encouragement through the preaching & teaching of the gospel message, the development of useful resources (cd’s, dvd’s, books & internet content) and life building workshops.
Our motto is: Chosen to encourage the Nations, one soul at a time!
W.O.E. welcomes persons of all backgrounds to become part of the W.O.E. family. We especially wish to connect with those who are not necessarily members of a church or ministry, but to desire to gather and fellowship with other like minded individuals, who wish to pursue their purpose and passion.
